World No. 1 tennis player Jannik Sinner has tested positive for steroids on two occasions but will not face a ban. A tribunal determined that Sinner bore no fault in the matter, with the International Tennis Integrity Agency (ITIA) backing up claims of inadvertent contamination from a product used by his physiotherapist. While his results from Indian Wells have been disqualified, Sinner has successfully appealed the provisional suspensions and continues to compete in the sport.
